All orders are shipped via UPS unless: 1. They are shipping to a PO Box 2. They are shipped outside the 48 contiguous states 3. The order weights less than one pound.

Transit Time for an order shipped within the continental US, by USPS Ground, is 7-10 business Days. USPS Airmail is used for special orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and for APO/FPO Military addresses. It takes 7-14 business days. UPS 2-Day Air takes 2-4 business days and is available, like USPS Airmail orders, upon request.

If your order weighs less than one pound and is shipping to a physical address within the continental US, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground. The same shipping rates apply. All DVD orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

If you have a special request order, please use our onsite contact us area to place it. Include your name, the items you would like to purchase including item numbers, and your destination address. We will process your order manually and email you an invoice. We are sorry about any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are not able to process these types of orders online at this time.

All of our shipments are insured and this is included in the price of shipping. Our minimum shipping cost is $7.95 for USPS Ground and $10 for PO Box addresses. Our shipping costs are competitive with other companies and we are always striving to give our customers the best value we can.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you when your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days after you place your order for your tracking number to be sent. USPS Airmail orders do not have a tracking number.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described on our website.

If you receive a product that does not meet our guarantee, we will ship a free replacement at no extra charge to you. Certain items may have additional warranty from the manufacturer. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description.

RETURN POLICY FOR BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

We will mail you a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. When we receive the item, we will issue an exchange or refund.

You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the contact us link on the bottom left of our website.

RETURN POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE, NON-BROKEN ITEMS

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS and/or on imprinted items.

Merchandise must be returned in the original inner packaging and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
